I wrote for Eau Claire Leader-Telegram from 2017-2018. This Wisconsin daily newspaper serves the communities in Eau Claire, Chippewa and Dunn counties. My reporting included Dunn County courts, crime, government as well as Menomonie city government, crime, school district and the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
I also wrote articles in a business magazine that serves the Chippewa Valley called Business Leader.

I wrote for Beaver Dam Daily Citizen from 2013-2017. This Wisconsin daily newspaper serves the communities of Beaver Dam, Mayville, Horicon, Waupun, and Juneau. My main focus was Beaver Dam, Horicon and Juneau city governments.

I was an intern at Volume One in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
I aided the editorial staff with their annual “Going Green” issue. Once my internship ended, I continued to report on interests to the Chippewa Valley that involved the quirky, business, music and food.

As a student at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, I wrote for two publications. One was the university newspaper, The Spectator and the other was a student-led newsroom called Inside Eau Claire in 2011.
I was hired by The Spectator as a staff writer and then as a copy editor. There I covered various topics such as sports, government, opinion, arts, and student life pieces.
